Book your Eurostar ticket online and a booking reference will be sent to you by email. When you arrive at the station of departure present the booking reference number together with a photo ID and you will be given your tickets.

  Your guide to Eurostar:

Eurostar runs direct services every day between London, Ashford in Kent and Paris, Brussels, Lille, Disneyland Resort Paris and Calais-Fréthun. Direct seasonal services run from London and Ashford to Avignon in Provence (May-October) and to the French Alps (November-April).

Since services began in 1994 Eurostar Paris has transformed the travel market between London and Paris-Brussels. Eurostar Paris have quickly become the rail/air market leader and doubled the total number of passengers travelling between London and these two cities. Eurostar carries more passengers between London and Paris than all of the airlines put together.

Punctuality & Reliability For the first three months of operation on CTRL, 87% of Eurostar Paris services arrived on time or within 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival time.

Check-in
To check in, simply insert your ticket in the machine, wait for it to come back out and pass through the open gate with your baggage. If your ticket won't work, staff will be on hand to check you in manually.

Baggage
There's no separate check-in for baggage on Eurostar, as long as you're carrying no more than two bags or cases and one item of hand luggage per passenger.

How soon to check in
How early you need to check in depends on your ticket type and/or Eurostar Frequent Traveller membership. Unless you've been advised otherwise (see below), please check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. If in doubt, please arrive with time to spare!

All passengers for direct Avignon or Ski services

At least 45 minutes
If you have special travel needs (e.g. you're a wheelchair user) or will need help getting to the train. Please approach a member of staff for assistance.

At least 20 minutes
Eurostar Frequent Traveller members

At least 15 minutes
Holders of the Eurostar carte blanche, and holders of any Business ticket except full-fare Business First Class (see below)

At least 10 minutes
Holders of Premium and full-fare Business First Class tickets

Arrival at your destination
On arrival, you'll also find car-rental services (to book online click here), and tourist offices, for maps, guides, and hotel reservations.

Commitment to punctuality
Eurostar is committed to arriving on time. If we're responsible for a long delay, we'll compensate you for your time lost with a free ticket on board one of our trains. If the delay is longer than one hour, we'll give you a one-way ticket. If it's longer than three hours, a return ticket. Our staff will keep you fully informed on board.
